The Chattanooga Filmmakers Guild with ChattaMovies will host the return of Open Screen Night in 2023 Open Screen Night (OSN) is Quarterly hour and a half screenings of short movies, 20 minutes or less each, submitted by independent moviemakers. The audience votes for their favorite at each screening. Then there will be a Best Of OSN where an hour and a half of the shorts with the most votes are screened.
